Talent Acquisition Manager
CurrentThe Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Manager will be responsible for leading Mina Group’s staffing,development, university recruiting and relocation efforts. This person will drive the talent acquisitionprocess across all business functions, while maintaining a focus on candidate experience,recruitment marketing, process improvement, and team development. The Talent Acquisition andRecruiting Manager will serve as a key thought partner to Corporate Operations and OutletManagers to ensure that recruiting and sourcing strategies consistently align with Mina Groupbusiness objectives. The Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Manager will develop and implementcreative practices and sourcing strategies to continually build a diverse candidate pipeline thatsupports the business. This person will be responsible for fostering strong internal relationships withsenior management and cross-functional hiring managers and will act as an advisor regardingattracting and retaining top talent. This person will also work to develop strong relationships with ourUniversity Partners and assist in the development and execution of internship, manager in trainingand Chef Fellowship programs. General oversight to the recruiting team.
