We have developed, purchased, financed and structured the capital programs and entitled over $4,000,000,000 of Rental Apartment communities throughout the United States and have taken two companies public in REIT transactions We are well versed and experienced in all types of capital structures and complex financing. A great team has been assembled and we are currently under construction for 4 new communities of over 1,200 units , and we have just completed over 1,100 institutional Class “A” apartment communities, and the company and it’s platform continue to grow with additional multi-family rental communities throughout the US. Well we are now embarking on our next phase of new class A institutional market rate rental communities. As we grow our platform we will continue to add to our portfolio.
