Around 2015 I began working as a web developer helping create a business accounting solution based on the web called YAHSHUA Books Online. Working with a team of four people we developed one of the few accounting web-based solutions in the Philippines and successfully launched it in 2016. https://yahshuabooksonline.com/In 2017 I helped develop an online payroll solution called YAHSHUA Payroll Online working with the same team at YAHSHUA Outsourcing Worldwide Inc. and successfully launched it in 2018. I also made the initial developments of its partner app The ABBA Timekeeper using Flutter.https://showcase.yahshuapayroll.com/Through these projects, I learned how to use the Django web framework and the AngularJS javascript framework. We deployed these projects via Google Cloud Platform (GCP) before migrating to Amazon Web Services (AWS).Around 2018 I received my ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certificate through TUV Rheinland's ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification course.From 2019 to 2021 I became Quality Assurance head of our Developer team. Using my knowledge of Quality Management I helped set standards in our QA process to ensure the excellence of our company's products.From 2022 to now, I began my role as Sales & Marketing Head of YAHSHUA Outsourcing Worldwide Inc. I help market our business solutions including the ones I've helped develop as mentioned above - YAHSHUA Payroll and YAHSHUA Books.My passion is helping people find the right tools and systems for them to understand, gain insight, and have structure, order, and control. I've seen and met with business owners who have little to no idea how their business is doing and I want them to gain that insight so they can make the best decisions for their business and their people and ultimately for the entire community as a whole.In my spare time, I enjoy creating music. I've been writing my music since 2018 and have published it under my name - Michael Bayron. I also enjoy creating content on YouTube and writing in my newsletter.
