An enthusiastic time served Instrumentation Technician (served with BP for 4 years) that has enhanced firstly into a career into Process Operations by becoming an outside operations technician at INEOS saltend on their ETAC plant. I then left INEOS in 2012 and started back at BP as an Instrument Technician on their Hull site assets A5, A4 and K1 I became the K1 Lead instrument technician and a main contact for instrumentation in regards to rotating machinery. In January 2017 i decided to change from chemicals to gas by moving to the Perenco onshore facility at Dimlington were I started as a Instrument Maintenance Technician. After been in the role for just over a year I have developed into The Instrument supervisor role as a secondment. I then grasped the opportunity of seconded project team leader and after been in the role for a approximately 18 months it has now been awarded permanently.
