20+ years leading global programs and field organizations to support customers with digital transformation. I’ve held executive sales and marketing leadership roles in Asia, Europe and the US, with P&L responsibility and multibillion-dollar quota accountability. My perspective is shaped by diverse, immersive experiences across headquarters and field, sales and marketing, strategy and operations, from large enterprises to start-ups, and spanning geographies for some of the largest companies in technology and telecommunications (ie Microsoft, Nokia, AT&T Wireless, Deloitte Consulting, and now Google). As a marketing leader, I led subsidiary teams with $100M+ marketing budgets to drive $5B+ in revenue. As a sales leader, my subsidiary achieved one of the highest multi-year revenue growth in Europe, driven by 100%+ cloud growth. I’ve been part of accelerating low-growth businesses, bringing new products to market, turning around struggling teams, and implementing large-scale organizational changes. In global leadership roles, I’ve focused on the intersection of marketing and sales, leading Microsoft’s Global Marketing & Operations field in the implementation of our commercial GTM strategy. As the Global M&O Leader, my scope included overall field GTM performance, product/industry/partner marketing, marketing communications and demand generation, customer satisfaction, sales operations, strategy and planning, and performance measurement/analytics. These programs all had to scale across thousands of marketers and business planners, in over 80 countries. I’m also passionate about organizational and talent development, as well as customer, partner, and sales enablement. Leading the Global Field & Partner Enablement organization provided me with the opportunity to develop the strategy and blueprint, and then drive the implementation of new programs to increase the technical and professional skills for our commercial customers, as well as the sellers, marketers, and consultants who support them. Early in my time at Microsoft, I led the program management office for the company’s return on marketing investment initiative, with the objective of measuring the impact of our commercial marketing investment and overall business performance outcomes. As a leader and colleague, I love working on teams that start and end with the customer, are deeply curious and constantly learning, and where diversity and authenticity are embraced.
