• Working as a full time Turf Manager specializing in irrigation and in charge of irrigation repair, troubleshooting, ordering parts, managing inventory, and monitoring irrigation needs throughout the entire golf course • Manage the upkeep of all playing surfaces through mowing, rolling, aerification, and the application of fertilizers, fungicides, insecticides, and herbicides. • Facilitate snow removal services, tree removal, basic vehicle maintenance, and other ancillary services • Operate heavy machinery such as a track hoe, skidsteer, bulldozer, trencher, chipper etc.• Received commercial applicators license from the Ohio Department of Agriculture in March of 2015• Participated in a full scale golf course renovation during the summer of 2015 involving a complete renovation of all the greens, tees, fairways, and rough. Gained extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in all areas of course restoration from irrigation replacement, drainage, grading, seeding, sodding, and installing irrigation grow-in programs

• Worked extensively on the soccer fields and softball fields• Took over irrigation responsibilities for all athletic fields• Implemented a test plot area for the research of possible new turf varieties for our sports fields• Gained knowledge of Toro mower maintenance• Extensive knowledge of Rain Bird irrigation equipment

• Worked with heavy machinery such as dump trucks, bobcats (foot control and joy stick control), back hoes, chain saws, and cement cutters • Experience with clear-cutting and logging for new University Facilities building• Involved with the installation of new student housing which included sidewalk installation, irrigation installation, landscape design, sodding, seeding, mulching, and laser leveling

• Managed the seasonal work crew through delegation of daily tasks, supervising quality control, facilitating on the job training and instruction• Oversaw mowing delegation and irrigating the entire campus; including the soccer field and baseball field• In charge of maintaining and tuning lawn mowers and maintenance vehicles• Gained extensive knowledge of PVC piping assembly, sprinkler head maintenance with all major brands and types (Rotary and Pop-up), and received training on certain herbicides and fertilizers• Operated tractors, top dress machines, and spreaders
