This position provides sales support, training and education to our sales force across the country. The Internal Sales Associate (ISA) will be responsible to help our sales force understand and customize our life insurance products to best meet customer needs.  The person in this role will be expected to use phone skills and people skills to build relationships with our sales people and help them increase their sales of the life insurance products offered by the companies of National Life Group.  The ISC will also be expected to become proficient in both large and small group presentation skills.  They are expected to develop these presentation skills to the point where they will be able to present both products and concepts at a high level to our sales force.  This person will also be expected to gain comprehensive knowledge of insurance, sales tools, distribution channels, and current industry marketing trends.TC97086
