Co-founded Our Community Enterprise with colleague from external funding team at Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead; we negotiated contract with RBWM to provide external funding service for benefit of residents, and have been instrumental in securing £15m+ income to the area.Researched and led transition to Employee Ownership in 2017, and registered as a Community Shares Practitioner, building on years of experience in voluntary sector businesses.

Worked with Emer O'Neill to set up Journey of Hope, a community based suicide prevention project. We work both to build resilience, which reduces the risk of suicide, and to offer practical support to people at risk of suicide. We currently work in West London.
