Initially joined Altegrity (name changed from USIS) to lead a strategic growth initiative focusing on expanding the solutions provided to existing clients and developing new opportunities in the government and commercial markets served by the company that would drive sustainable growth and strong, recurring earnings.Resulted in the founding of Altegrity Risk International - one of four core businesses within Altegrity. ARI provided leading due diligence, investigative, analytic, consulting and security services to businesses around the world, creating solutions that helped to anticipate, prevent and resolve issues, reduce fraud and loss, and maximize opportunities. Headquartered in New York City, with offices in Chicago, Hong Kong, Houston, London, Los Angeles and Washington DC, ARI served a global community of multi-national corporations.Lead the acquisition with Providence Equity of Kroll from MMC and subsequently lead the integration of Kroll into Altegrity including the integration of Kroll and ARI. Post integration continued to carry out responsibilities including for overall corporate strategy, portfolio optimization, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and growth and innovation. Focused on advancing collaboration across Altegrity’s business units and functions. This included sharing capabilities, clients and relationships within and across business units to create opportunities in both the commercial and government markets, developing a holistic revenue strategy that focused on leveraging the full suite of Altegrity’s capabilities; implementing and managing client development for Altegrity’s leading clients; and overseeing marketing and sales efforts and Altegrity’s go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

Partnership with MidOcean Partners, a premier New York and London based private equity firm to build a market leading, global professional and business services company that would serve middle market clients worldwide. Consistent with MidOcean's strategy, retained to serve as President and CEO of the new company.

Post the filing of the Complaint by the New York Attorney General, responsible for developing MMC’s long-term corporate strategy and working with each operating business including Marsh, Mercer, Putnam, Guy Carpenter, and Kroll, on corporate development, long-term strategies, and growth plans. Realized over $5 billion through sales of assets from 2005 to 2007 including Sedgwick CMS, Crump, Price Forbes, MMC Capital and Putnam Investments.

Joined Kroll following the merger of Lindquist Avey into Kroll in June 1998. Promoted to EVP Strategic Development in February 1999. As EVP, lead the development of the strategy that took Kroll from an episodic, non-recurring business to a technology-enabled, scalable, recurring revenue, high margin business. Spearheaded more than 20 acquisitions in the US and UK, including Background America, pre-employment screening services, Ontrack Data International, data recovery and electronic evidence discovery services, Factual Data Corp., credit screening services and Zolfo Cooper, restructuring and turnaround services.Lead with senior management and advisors the sale of Kroll to MMC. Following the sale, promoted to President of Kroll's Background Screening Group. Responsible for global operations of Kroll's pre-employment screening, substance abuse testing, credit screening, identity theft and other information services businesses.

Led numerous high profile commercial matters and forensic investigations on behalf of commercial clients, private equity firms and regulators involving complex commercial litigation, fraud, the quantification of economic damages, funds tracing and transactional due diligence for private equity firms, all in a broad range of industries and businesses.Lead with partners and counsel the sale of Lindquist Avey to Kroll in June 1998.

Established and lead the Canadian litigation support and forensic accounting group.
