Being at the warehouse my dad managed every day from when I was 8 years old, I have been involved in the logistics industry for almost as long as I can remember. Working my first real job with Samson Transport in the UK in 1989-1990, I have three decades of experience in logistics - holding positions as planner, logistics manager, transport manager, director and vice president. I am motivated by the desire to see people grow and succeed - both personally and professionally. I like creating value, I like having fun and I like to win. It is therefore important to me to have fun in my work every day and spread that enjoyment to the people around me, especially when the going gets tough.
