EADS chief engineer responsible for the development of technical concepts, definition studies and the development process within the frame of the proposal preparation for NATO AGS technical management and negotiation of the technical proposal with the contributing EADS partners (Airbus, Defence Electronics, Defence & Communication Systems, Military Transport Aircraft Military Air Systems), the joint venture partners and the NATOleadership responsibility for the technical programme team staffed by four direct and up to fifteen indirect team membersconduction of technical investigations into feasibility of solutions and gap analysis (NATO AGS Risk Reduction Study)negotiation of EADS strategic and work share interests with the international joint venture partners (Thales, Northrop Grumman, Indra, Galileo Avionica, General Dynamics Canada) elaboration of airworthiness certification concept alternatives for the envisaged mission aircraftAchievements: successful acquisition and accomplishment of the “NATO AGS Risk Reduction Study”successful negotiation and preparation of the technical proposal for the NATO AGS Design & Development contract
