National Facility Manager for all of Stockland Commercial Property, encompassing a national portfolio of 103 buildings.Managed the amalgamation of FM at Stockland from two separate divisions, Retail and Office/Industrial, to a single division known as Stockland Commercial Property.This involved coaching the FM personnel to achieve consistency across the new unified business.Created an internal web site for Facility Management, with extensive internal technical resources and records.Wrote a training manual for shopping centre managers on building services.

I also spent time as a development manager on a high rise apartment project on the Gold Coast.On all of my projects I also had management of the design.In my time at Fernbuild I specialised in tilt-up wall panel construction and precast concrete.
