Commercial Air Conditioners Senior Sales Engineer & Team Leader Sales of LG Commercial Air Conditioners mainly VRF and DX equipment by identifying and generating sales opportunities with new and existing customers, making presentations, technical seminars and regular visits to develop business relationship and opportunities • Work closely with Consultants, Contractors and Developers to form a strong foundation for selling our HVAC equipment in the market• Issuing technical and financial offers for multiple concurrent projects and follow up on bids and ongoing projects with the customers• Project handling from proposal to system design, selection of HVAC equipments, optimization and preparing technical submittals to product delivery and warranty• Handle project final negotiations, closing deals, product and service contracts, Money collection, sales orders, delivery and warranty• Manage stock inventory with sales plan and delivery to maximize the sales• Support, motivate team members to achieve the sales target and handle new opportunities• Supervise team members work and assign tasks• Reporting sales visits, ongoing and in hand project status to the sales manager• Follow up and assist in service, maintenance and trouble shooting with technicians • Checking that contractors’ work is executed as per the company's regulations and meets manufacturer's recommendation to obtain the best performance and efficiency from the system
