About Michael Behan

I am an experienced and passionate Sociology lecturer with a BA (Hons) in Sociology, MA in Sociology, PGCE Secondary in Citizenship and QTS who has a strong commitment to teaching Sociology in the state system. I have been a full time Sociology lecturer at Richmond Upon Thames College for the past five years. During this time, I have taught Sociology at GCSE, AS and A2 level for both OCR and AQA examination boards. I was promoted to Lecturer with Added Responsibilities (LAR) in 2011 and I am currently part of the Teaching and Learning Team as a T&L Advocate.
