Supervisor
CurrentWorking as the Solutions Tech Supervisor it is my responsibilities to ensure that my team is able to safely and efficiently complete company projects. I responsible for assigning training paths and ensure the growth of knowledge in our division and growth of our technicians on an individual basis inside the company. I am available as a resource to the team, both in technical (equipment/integration troubleshooting) and supervisory aspects (uniforms assistance, work vehicle assistance, vacation approval etc.) as well as still spending time in the field assisting and executing projects including installs, starts up, and retro-fits of HVAC equipment and Building Automation Systems. I am involved in project meetings to help bring a technical perspective, that I have acquired during my previous 6 years working as a field technician, into the planning phases of the projects. Lastly I am involved in helping to determine and test new standards and procedures to help increase efficiencies in the work place and decrease the amount of stress placed on field technicians under my immediate supervision.I am also a member of the North American Supervisor Advisory Board and contribute ideas and feedback on how to better align as an organization and support the companys growth, as well as support its personell.
