I am a Senior Associate at Greenwood Roche (Auckland) specialising in commercial property and development matters, including:- Leasing - Managing and documenting lease arrangements and portfolios for national public and private clients as both Landlord and Tenant. - Acquisition and Disposal - Sale and purchase of commercial properties and development sites for large property developers in both the residential and commercial space.- Development Agreements for large corporates working toward a specific end goal with various other interested parties with conflicting interests. - Subdivisions - Complex freehold and unit titling subdivision matters, both commercial and residential, along with associated financing and structuring and subsequent sales of subdivided lots. Prior to working at Greenwood Roche, I was involved in general practice firms, primarily acting on property-based matters along with other general commercial structuring, financial and asset protection files, providing a strong base more complex and involved transactions.
