This oversight includes management of personnel and procedures. Primary responsibilities include: • Staying aware of the safety rules and regulations of government consisting of the federal, state and local level• Conducting different inspections and safety audits in order to ensure the compliance with the environmental and occupational health and safety requirements• Developing, implementing and maintaining of employee training programs• Establishing and maintain safety and training records• Developing, updating and managing workplace safety procedures, programs and policies• Incorporating the techniques of industrial safety and employee training which has been gained through years of practice in order to improve service quality• Directing several administering and safety guidelines for implementation of the best safety policies• Leading, planning and implementing of work schedules, taking corrective decisions and assigning duties to the subordinates on a regular basis• Maintaining, updating and improving safety programs
