During my time as acting Group Leader, I led a team of four through the ever-changing Covid-19 protocols and procedures to ensure that the criminal justice system continues to function safely. Being a firm believer in the “happiness advantage” principle was a major contributing factor for why our office excelled through those difficult times.I am always taking advantage of any leadership opportunities that come my way, including outside of my working hours and in my personal life. I am outgoing and enjoy bringing people together to collaborate both professionally and socially.
