Key Accomplishments: Catalyzed the acquisitions of profitable contracts by contributing pivotal guidance to other ManTech Departments in the creation and development of contract proposals.  Developed a process for the Operations Engineering group to streamline the NSWC-DD on Engineering Deficiency Report (EDR) Analysis Process and EDR Aggregate Analysis.  Reviewed and revised all Navy Review Team (NRT) documents that influenced the Raytheon San Diego [PSEA] software and hardware development. Developed contracts that generated a revenue of $2.5M-$3M annually for ManTech. Oversaw the architecture and design of the CVN 78, effectively ensuring operational alignment with the Enterprise Solution, Track Data Model, and Joint Enterprise Solution, the seamless transition of software fixes to one or many systems, and the implementation of a publish/subscribe interface to the systems operating on US military platforms such as CVN 78, DDG 1000, Littoral Combat System (LCS), and AEGIS MODernization (AMOD).

Recruited to energize the development of the Link Data Dissemination Manager (LDDM) Interface Design Document (IDD) for the Integrated Architecture Behavior Model (IABM) Joint Program Office (JPO). Key Accomplishments: Oversaw the expansion of the project into a crucial instrument recruited for use by the Single Integrated Air Picture Joint Program Office (SIAP-JPO) Functional Integration Team (FIT) to facilitate the development of the Functional Capabilities Design Documents (FCDDs).  Published multiple design requirements and new approaches regarding the LDDM IDD to satisfy the code and requirements specifications of the LDDM.  Authored multiple Functional Capability Design Documents (FCDD) for the SIAP JPO that incorporated data flow diagrams and sequence diagrams utilizing Visio.  Created multiple Tactical Data Link (TDL) related briefings as well as a brief for the SEA TASK Review for the LDDM.  Appointed a consultant to the SIAP IABM program and subsequently divided time between overseeing the DDG 1000 and the SSDS CVN 78 and developing the FORD Class Carrier-Nuclear program.  System engineered the CVN 78 Combat System Local Area Network (LAN) and briefed the methodological approach up to PEO IWS 1 program lead decision maker who approved the methodology for implementation on the Gerald R. FORD Class Carriers-Nuclear.  Published the SSDS CVN 78 Combat System Concept of Operations, currently employed by the Platform Systems Engineering Agent (PSEA) as a design document to develop PSEA systems.  Engineered the DDG 1000 EXternal COMMunication (EXCOMMS) and integrated this data with DDG 1000 off board and internal; Command, Control, & Intelligence C2, C3I; C4I,C4ISR components to equip the warfighter aboard DDG 1000 with a robust Situational Awareness.
