Worked closely with engineering to bring in new technology into production which included development of methods and training of the technicians, As Lead, I responsible for production scheduling, training, QC, inventory and new product introduction and maintaining test methods

Served as a primary contact for Coherent Field Engineers, Subsidiary Operations and Sales representatives World-Wide. Supported Ion and Ring lasers, Ultrafast Systems, Modelocked and Q-Switch YAG Systems; responsible for global Field Engineer and Customer training and documentation.

Responsible for day-to-day supervision and scheduling for all Dye and Ultrafast Laser systems.
