I established the legal function from scratch, managed integration of Critical Mention and Critical Mention India Private Ltd. into Onclusive, while retaining my role as Chief Operating Officer of Critical Mention. I guided on regulatory and compliance matters and directed data privacy initiatives. Additionally, I managed disputes and litigation, risk-based insurance policies, and examined legal issues related to new products and services.Subsequently, I served as Outside Counsel to Onclusive, from February 2023 to June 2024, performing legal advisory, corporate integration, and sales contract review.
