- Reviewed the shop drawings submitted by the Company’s subcontractors to ensure the accuracy of details and quality of drawing.- Managed the design coordination with the Company’s subcontractors, consultants, and clients to comply with the specifications provided in the contract or agreement;- Reviewed and prepared questions that would help the Company’s subcontractors to further elaborate the details and information with regard to the design of the project;- Processed, monitored, and reviewed the submission and documentation of the materials provided by the Company’s subcontractor; - Managed, monitored, and tracked the timelines set for different projects;- Monitored the progress of the Company’s projects through various documents submitted to the Company;- Prepared various presentations and discussions with clients;- Assisted in the Cost-Benefit analysis of the Company’s projects; and- Attended various tests (e.g. water test, bolt test, quality façade test).
