As a Service & Support Manager at WaterRower Aus Pty LTD, I oversee all service and customer inquiries for the Asia Pacific and Australia regions, ensuring that all issues were resolved satisfactorily and within tight deadlines. Working in the senior rowing program developing rowers to be able to compete, win and achieve their goals. Cooperating with the coaches above and below to correctly rank and grade students on their performance and development.

Coordinating in conjunction with the Head of rowing the management of 40 senior Squad rowers.
