I am now a security supervisor that works with Patrol and Special Operation groups over three shifts at times during the day at EAA Airventure. I get my orders for the day from my direct supervisors and chief of security. There are different tasks that the patrol and special operations work on at different times of the show. The group responds to different types of calls throughout the show. We have different duties throughout the show as well. I also work at different events at the EAA grounds throughout the year when needed and when I am available.

Brown County Senior Squadron (Glr-Wi-169)

Working with encouraging teachers to become Aerospace Education Members and then helping them use the new Civil Air Patrol free STEM kits. I also help Aerospace Education Members apply for Air Force Association grants to use in helping them support aerospace education in their classrooms. I also help our senior members educate the public about the Civil Air Patrol and promote aviation and aerospace careers. Trying to get aviation at the secondary level of local schools as well as in the middle school and elementary levels.

I started teaching in 1980. I taught Special Education for thirty years in several districts before getting into the Green Bay Area Public Schools. I have taught classes in the K-12 levels. After I earned my masters I taught several college courses locally. I am certified to teach K-12 in all Special Education areas. I am also certified to teach Regular Education gr. 1-8. I have taught in the LD, CD, and ED areas of special education at all levels. I had an opportunity to get into regular education in 2009. I have been teaching mostly 6th grade science since getting into regular education. I retired in 2016 and sub in the Green Bay Schools.

Cashier and stocking - Customer Service Specialist 1. Worked throughout the store to assist customers with any needs. Handled areas of shipping and receiving as well as ordering materials for customers and having materials shipped to specific locations to help the customer. Helped every year while employed toprepare the store for inventory. Then wotk the day of the inventory. Then verify after the inventory was completed. Also cleaned up and recovered areas of the store as needed to promote and show a clean organized store. Also carried out customer purchases to their vehicles and helped get the orders in their vehicles. Several times assisted with deliveries to special locations out side of the store area either using my vehicle or using the store van when we had one. Operated the store forklift and was trained and licensed by Office Depot. Went to several new stores in the Milwaukee area to assist in building shelving and stocking the store. Basically getting the stores ready to open for business. I also worked at the Appleton store several times when they were short handed and did planograms - put out product on shelves or sections based on headquarters designs or layouts. I also did that in the Green Bay store that I worked.

Built computer boards and soldered electronic parts and built devices to be used by individuals who had speech difficulties. Also tested and re-manufactured other devices to be used as speech tools by handicapped individuals.

Level 4 Regional Staff College, Preparation For Staff Positions, Passed

Activities and Societies: Earned Master rating as an AEO. Promoted to Major and took over Squadron command of GLR-WI-169. A one week.

Activities and Societies: Training in simulators and large team building exercises. Also participated in water simulations of evacuating.

These were weekend courses over 18 or more months. We took classes and had outside work and projects to complete and turn in by certain.

Police Science, Police Recruit Training (8 Week Program In Summer), Passed And Became State Certified By The State Of Wisconsin.

Worked part time with the Algoma Police Department from 1982 -1987 as a patrol officer covering vacations for full time officers..

Certification For State Of Wisconsin, Emergency Medical Technician, Passed All State Testing And Fully Qualified

Activities and Societies: Became Nationally Certified (2) by keeping up with re-certification procedures. Took a class from fall 1980.
