• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention (ROR) strategy for part-time, site-based staff, working alongside the VP of Programs, HR division, as well as chapter and regional leadership • Build and promote processes, protocols, templates, and tools for hiring and onboarding staff• Provide trainings and guidance for chapter leaders including Executive Directors, Program Managers, and Operations staff in developing customized ROR strategies• Collaborate with Regional Executive Directors in identifying and implementing ROR strategies for their respective regions

• Led leadership training for chapter and regional leadership teams, inclusive of program oversight across our 19-chapter ASAS network spanning over 53 cities touching 11 states. • Served as a liaison with key local community stakeholders in the effort to build and maintain positive public and working relations.• Provided strategic support to regional and local reports to enhance program quality and provide guidance around local budgets.

• Founding Program Director of this leading national non-profit organization to provide outreach programming for over 500 traditionally underserved families in the North Texas region • Researched, prospected and fostered community relations with key partners throughout our North Texas region such as The North Texas Food Bank, The First Tee, T.I Kilby Labs, Botanical Research Institute, Dallas Zoo, MetroPCS, and The Mark Cuban Center to name a few.• Played integral role in leading and implementing multi-year award funding through national and local grants with companies such as Aetna, Fox Sports Southwest, Texas Instruments, The Dallas Stars Foundation, and the Pat and Emmitt Smith Charities allowing us to provide our impactful outreach programming throughout North Texas.
