Identification of player roles, tasks and skills required to achieve outcome based goals Develop and implement performance management system, including the creation of benchmarks, targets, KPI's, performance reviews and employee feedback processesOrganise and facilitate match reviews and strategic planning sessionsDevelopment of individual performance framework to identify key areas responsibility, key result areas, performance gaps, skill acquisition strategies and coaching plans for employeesKEY ACHIEVMENTS Took Kings X1 Punjab from a last placed finish in 2010 IPL season under the previous management to fifth placed position, one position outside the semi - finals in 2011 - with a 20% salary cap reduction.
