Reporting to the General Manager Product & Guest Services, the Manager Cabin Crew role is responsible for design and implementation of systems, policies and processes to support the delivery of the domestic Cabin Crew strategy, while directly responsible for managing the performance of the domestic cabin crew bases and a team of Crew Development Managers.

Reporting to the Manager Cabin Crew, the Base Manager role is responsible for the management of the Melbourne crew base and for the performance of approximately 700 Cabin Crew and 6 Crew Development Managers
