As a business administration apprentice at Newcastle University, I am eager to learn and apply the skills and knowledge that are essential for a successful career in administration that will hopefully aid me in my hopeful future within the armed forces. I work within the university campus and work with staff to provide administrative support for various projects, tasks, and much more. I have also gained valuable customer service and support experience in retail, working as a temporary customer assistant at Marks and Spencer for over a year. I have demonstrated my ability to work effectively in a team, handle different customer queries and requests, and adapt to changing situations and demands. I have received multiple certificates and qualifications, such as BTECs in Teamwork and Personal Development and Duke of Edinburgh awards up to Silver, that reflect my commitment to personal and professional growth. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to Newcastle University’s mission and vision, and to pursue my goals in the field of business administration for my upcoming career.
