Increased storeroom income by 12% and co-ordinated construction of additional 20 storerooms with Westfield Design & Construct. Integral member of Asset team presenting strategic directional plans (tenancy mix / marketing / casual leasing) for precincts including fresh food, high end fashion and food court. Exceeded NOI budget in first year stabilisation. Improved the Retail Consultants Program run through Westfield Head Office through changes to the implementation and reporting systems for this program at Doncaster.
