Responsible for global auditing of EHSS compliance, management systems internal and external, company EHSS policy and standards. Manage global EHSS jurisdictional requirements on governance and oversight. Designed, developed, authored, and managed company EHSS policies, standards, programs and processes. Conduct EHSS Facility audits to ensure compliance to internal, Federal, State, and ISO 14001 & 45001 and manage the global EHSS audit program. Manage safety and environmental programs for 850 employee water heater manufacturing plant. Oversee EHS department, waste water treatment facility, and onsite medical department, supervising seven cross-functional staff across multiple shifts. Responsible for ensuring company-wide compliance with process safety management (PSM) requirements.Reduced employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica by 70% through implementation of OSHA compliant safety program that includes medical evaluations, personal monitoring, area monitoring, training, personal protective equipment, respiratory protection, and engineering controls.Streamlined storm water permit requirements implementing process sampling and enhancements to government reporting procedures.
