As a C64 kid with over 35 years in IT, I've always been fascinated by the possibilities that new technologies bring – and the responsibility they demand. This passion has fueled my journey, leading me to become Business Unit Manager North at msg. Here, I've spent the last 5 years doubling the team size, establishing new locations, and creating a sustainable team culture based on continuous learning, innovation, and inclusion. My focus is on transforming testing through the use of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), AI-based automation (e.g., machine learning), and crowdtesting – always with an eye on minimizing our environmental impact and maximizing social good. Currently, I am leading cross-unit initiatives to integrate msg's testing expertise into the various market units and to ensure the sustainable quality of our products and services.
