Senior Customer Service Rep
Current- Provide an exceptional service experience by being an advocate for the customer.
- Manage relationship of existing customer via multiple forms of customer contact including resolving escalated customer issues.
- Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements for the department.
- Holistically review customer insurance needs including up-sell, cross-sell, and write/issue applications.
- Underwrite risks up to level of authority, conduct policy/coverage reviews when appropriate, and counsel policyholders on coverages.
- Use intermediate Property & Casualty insurance knowledge to inform customers of decisions.
