I am responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through leads and referrals generated by personal business development and marketing activities. I work closely with owners and managers of commercial, industrial, medical, and government properties damaged by man-made or natural disasters to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

When an Insured files a claim seeking indemnity for a physical or financial loss, I am responsible for:1. Thoroughly reviewing the claimant’s policy for applicable coverages and coverage limitations 2. I then coordinate with the claimant and/or their representative and involved parties to investigate the facts of the loss. (This often requires physical inspection of buildings/structures as well as analyzing and auditing financial records such as inventory reports, rent rolls, sales history reports, etc.3. Based on the inspection findings, I will draft a report detailing the estimated value of the loss the Insured incurred which the Insurer may be liable to compensate for based on policy provisions. For building/construction related claims, this often requires reviewing and understanding of local jurisdictions building codes and laws. This process frequently demands collaboration with the Insureds, their contractor, and/or their legal representative.4. Following the initial payment, I may receive requests from Insureds or other involved parties for additional compensation. I am responsible for determining the validity of these requests. This involves analysis of updated financials, invoices, and other documents as well as negotiating an agreed value.5. For property damage assignments, once repairs are completed, I am responsible for obtaining materials invoices, labor tickets, and other expense data for purposes of auditing cost to calculate recoverable depreciation payments.

I would conduct routine end of day drawer and vault audits and provide customer service by properly filing deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and processing account withdrawals.
