My position at Maverik was the Fresh food manager. I managed the kitchen for a number of years, I also worked in my store as the operations manager for a little while. During my time at Maverik I was responsible for a number of management tasks such as daily book keeping, ordering and leading my team to success in building our sales on a store level and in my kitchen. As the Fresh Manager I was responsible for cooking and prepping food items, insuring we served a quality product for our customers. Upholding food safety standards and company regulations.I was in charge food or store orders through Coremark twice a week and received and put away orders, and other management tasks.
