I prioritize and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines and manage clients’ progress with a constant eye towards improvement. I have also trained the Munich office in this matter. Additional I am currently developing and producing the designs of our job postings by using for example Adobe products. Once I have been awarded employee of the month at the mother-Company Sykes – at the time (over 500 employees). My main responsibility is First Level Support, which involves monitoring and resolving alarms raised on the Orange mobile network. This job requires good customer care skills as well as an aptitude for fixing electrical problems. It is a trouble-shooting role, working in a high pressure environment, often with the authorities around the clock shifts and also on-call. I make technical decisions on the actions that must be taken to quickly resolve network problems.
