PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENTLead a wide variety of interdisciplinary projects to provide comprehensive innovative solutions in the investigation, assessment, prioritization, and rehabilitation or construction of municipal infrastructure. Focus on control of time, scope, budget and quality. Select projects include:• Construction and implementation of the City of Regina Second Pressure Zone • Developed a multi-disciplinary CCTV inspection program to integrate inspection, data collection, storage, analysis, and spatial layout (GIS) of the sanitary sewer. • Initiated Feeder and Trunk Main Inspection program to look at innovations in the inspection of critical water mains in the supply and distribution system. PEOPLE AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Involved in setting overall goals and business objectives as part of the Branch Leadership team. Lead a team of engineering and technical professionals.
