In 2005, I began my career in the Senior Healthcare space as an Administrator, where I was licensed and responsible for the operations of a 100-bed assisted living facility. This role allowed me to develop a strong foundation in overseeing multiple departments, all working toward a unified goal.Following my time as an Administrator, I transitioned into sales. Over the next three years, I excelled as a quota-carrying sales rep before moving into leadership, where I managed a team of eight Account Executives. In my second year as a sales manager, our team grew bookings by nearly 70% year-over-year. This success aligned with overall organizational growth, and in 2012, I was promoted to Director. My primary focus was to scale the sales team from 8 to 65 quota-carrying reps across eight managers. We grew annual revenue from $10M to $150M, which led to my promotion to VP of Sales, reporting directly to the CEO. During this period, I was involved in eight acquisitions and contributed to the company’s successful exit to Bertelsmann Education Group in 2015, at 9x revenue.In 2017, I transitioned to Medfusion, where I was tasked with positioning the company for a successful exit. By focusing on EBITDA improvement and accelerating revenue growth, we achieved a successful sale to NextGen in 2019.After Medfusion, I joined Agility Recovery with a mission to drive growth in preparation for a future exit. Our primary strategy was to introduce a business continuity software platform while driving new logo acquisition. By 2023, through acquisitions, product development, and organic growth, we grew software ARR from $0 to $15M. This growth enabled us to spin off Agility’s software business, which we successfully exited to New State in 2023. In 2024 we immediately positioned the Software business (Preparis) for exit which was successfully done in the fall of 2024 to Mitratech.
