CurrentIn my current role, I am responsible for managing the firm’s financial operations, ensuring that our budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management support sustainable growth. Additionally, I handle HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational structure, ensuring we have the right team in place to support our long-term goals.On the client-facing side, I lead our customer relationships, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed expectations. I am deeply involved in sales strategy and execution, working directly with potential clients to identify their needs and position our ERP solutions effectively. Moreover, I handle supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and managing partnerships to optimize our operational efficiency.One of the most rewarding aspects of this role is the ability to integrate my previous experience into the day-to-day management of the company. Whether it’s applying operational insights from my time as COO or leveraging the client management skills I developed as a Customer Success Manager, I’m constantly working to streamline processes and drive performance.My overarching goal is to lead the firm through controlled, organic growth, ensuring we maintain the values and quality service that define us while scaling operations to meet future demands. I’m focused on building a sustainable business model that supports our clients, strengthens our internal teams, and positions us as a leading ERP consultancy in the market.
