My academic foundation from Copenhagen Business School, where I specialized in management accounting and process leadership, provided me with a solid understanding of business operations and financial management.I began my career as an Account Manager at a specialized transport company, progressing to Operations Manager and eventually Chief Operating Officer (COO). This hands-on experience in managing complex logistics and operations gave me deep insights into leadership, team coordination, and process optimization. Following this, I transitioned into the tech industry as a Customer Success Manager at an IT and information services company, where I sharpened my ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.The pivotal moment in my career came when I decided to join my family’s ERP consulting business as Chief Consultant. This move allowed me to leverage my broad experience and take on a more entrepreneurial role, with responsibilities ranging from finance, HR, and sales to client relations and supplier management. The transition from corporate roles to a family-owned business has given me a unique perspective on sustainable, long-term business growth, as well as the opportunity to drive the company forward through a balanced, strategic approach.My focus now is on leading the company to new heights, ensuring controlled, organic growth while continuing to strengthen client partnerships and enhance operational efficiency.
