Minerals Metals Group – Dugald River - (Summer 2020-2021 and 2021-2022) - Worked underground, gaining exposure to the inner workings of an underground mine by spending time on machines, charge-up and working with shift bosses to experience and understand what is needed to achieve the goals set by the company- Spent time working as a drill and blast engineer, completing drill designs, timing plans, charge plans and more to a high degree with little supervision while showing initiative in continuing to work on new plans- Did daily reports, reporting on tonnes, shift issues and more. Completed end of month duties, highly useful and used by the company to track the progress of the mine.
