In 2012 responding to Hurricane Sandy I founded a new Company called Disaster Relief Specialist (DRS LLC). Working with the FEMA representatives on the ground we lead the cleanup, debris removeable and FEMA submissions for Irvington, Orange and East Orange NJ. Additionally, I have worked as a successful business owner, Director of Public Relations, Communications/Public Relations Consultant an Executive Director and Pastor of a Church Ministry and Non Profit Organization. Agents of Change Ministry is a successful Outreach Ministry located in Newark, NJ. With a 14 room Ministry House in and a 10 room Ministry House in Irvington we are impacting the Urban areas through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I was an Appointed Utilities Commissioner, appointed by the County Executive of Bergen County NJ. Each of these positions required focus, attention to detail and the ability to motivate the people working for me and with me, to a greater standard than they had originally achieved. My presentation and Marketing initiatives over the years have been proven to be new and innovative, I am able to equip and inspire my team members to be successful. As an Ordained Minister and Toastmaster, I am as comfortable speaking and working in front of large audiences as I am in individual team settings or one on one. I am a Veteran who served loyally in our Armed Services and received 2 Honorable discharge. I personally know and understand the Military, Government Businesses and Government workers. I am computer literate in Presentation Software and a proven asset in the area of New Business Development and Contract Negotiations, I have been a part of the Presentation Team of Gilbane Building Company and Tishman Construction (which are 2 of the largest Construction Companies in the nation) and worked with Skanska, URS and the Claremont Group, participating in Marketing/New Business Development Presentations.
