Former Green Bay Packers, Michael Blair is on a mission to service this world, one athlete at a time. Having  played seasons in the NFL, NFL Europe, XFL, and with arena football experience. Clocking in at over 10 years, Blair is now a Keynote Speaker, Life Skills Coach, and American Football coach. He utilizes his 20 plus years of diverse experience, to teach around the world to his students highly demanded soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and work ethic.  Coupling his passion for excellence and for motivating his students, Blair founded Ninety10 Sports. Understanding that the game of athletics and along with anything else in life- is 90 percent mental, and 10 percent physical, Blair has been focused on providing Executive Functioning instruction to young athletes and adult learners, who desire to learn the mental aspects about the game they play. Unilaterally,  developing bio mechanics on speed and athletic movements. In 2016, Blair played an integral role as a breakman of the Jamaican Bobsleigh Team, with his efforts as an Olympic Hopeful, towards the 2018 Winter Olympics. However, his qualifications don’t begin at the NFL and end at being a World Athlete. In his journey he has picked up USA Track & Field Level 2 Certified, Acting in multiple movies and Hosting the Discovery, Travel Channel. Also acting in block busters like "We Are Marshall and ",The Game Plan". Now, earned the coveted title of President for the NFL Alumni - Chicago.
