I lead and manage RBKC’s social investment work: shaping the organisation’s social investment strategy, managing our social investment projects and leases, designing investment opportunities and sharing learning. Increased employee volunteering hours by 40% from previous year•Managing relationships with key charity partners and stakeholders such as The Connection at St Martins, The Passage, The Felix Project, Age UK, The Wildlife Trusts and SEUK.•Management and development of the organisations corporate charity grant giving and tender framework and process.•Co-Chair for the Race, Culture & Ethnicity Network, with responsibility for creating and managing a database of D & I tools and resources for employees and senior leadership. I am responsible for allocating £250,000 of grant funding through the Spirit of 2012 Challenge Fund to projects that will empower young people and alleviate issues such as mental illness, isolation and homelessness.We manage the entire process – from setting out the initial application criteria, assessing applications and finally to making the decision on where to allocate funds.

My role spanned all levels of the Corporate, Major Donor, Trusts and HNWI partnerships.I managed key stakeholders of long term, high value, multifaceted corporate partnerships that maximised income, value and influence for UnLtd, in line with the wider Partnership Strategy.
