As HCB's president and founder, my vision was to turn traditional tele-fundraising into a more intimate, donor focused and profitable fundraising channel. At HCB we understand that the relationship with the donor is the key to donor retention. Our priority is making sure every call results in a positive donor experience. My previous work in non-profit and telecommunications has provided me the background and experience necessary to create a tele-fundraising company, with an emphasis on ensuring each program becomes a valuable part of its clients annual giving and planned giving programs. My search for innovative ideas led to the launch of the Home Charity Box® program.
