• Lead the transformation and continual evolution of TIAA’s centralized learning and development function, preparing employees across the company to perform optimally in their current role and prepare for their future roles. • Define, educate, and drive culture and performance throughout the organization through the implementation of systems that are grounded in inclusion and equality, transforming from a traditional, request-based model, to a proactive, strategic, and business focused center of excellence.• Develop scalable systems to advise leaders across the company on organizational design, competency models, leadership growth, performance measurement, succession planning, and change management, implementing a rolling 3-year learning and development roadmap with great success.• Instrumental in establishing a continuous improvement mindset, positioning the team and TIAA for continued success into an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment.• Create and implement organizational systems by sourcing input from key stakeholders, resulting in process and policy improvements, leadership engagement, training, improved communications, and increased engagement activities.• Own the introduction and adoption of digital learning technologies and capabilities, including embedded performance support, AI enabled adaptive learning, adaptive learning, user-generated video, mobile learning, gaming and more.• Create and design standards to ensure learning effectiveness, delivering improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and experience for learners and stakeholders.• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure continuous alignment of business goals and learning team efforts, impact measurement, evolving and automating core processes, increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the learning function.
