In spring of 2002 I was in the USA for the first time (North Carolina, Washington & New York). Since then I've been to the other side of the Atlantic just over 35 times and have experienced and seen a lot.My secret for an outstanding travel planning is: Listening, letting the customers tell them about their once in a lifetime vacation and deriving the right destination and the right activities from this. In order to expand my skills and constantly learn new things, I have aligned my professional career to my goals as follows:1.) As a trained banker, I have been able to gain professional experience for over 20 years. I had a lot of customer contact and know the tricks of trade - on premise, online or by phone. I know the organizational structure of a large commercial & savings bank and got to know many positions there.2.) As a graduate in business administration specializing in business informatics and quality management, my skills and experience relate primarily to those of an economist. So I took up the challenge and set up a small business as a tour operator, which has grown well in the past - TripGuru Touristik. Theoretically acquired knowledge could be practically applied and even deepened.3.) No travel literature can replace personal experience! Seeing the beauty of Alaska with my own eyes, experiencing the vastness of the Grand Canyon for myself or walking over the Brooklyn Bridge in New York by my own feet - I've experienced all that and much more myself, so I know what I'm talking about.Nature, animals, people, architecture, impressions - what do you prefer?
