With 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have held various positions and management roles within Zurich's commercial insurance division, gaining extensive expertise. Over the past 20 years, I have specialized in International Insurance Program Business, while also dedicating 25 years to managing people and leadership roles.Since March 2019, my focus has been on developing our employees across all market-facing insurance functions, enhancing their technical and professional competencies through global learning and development solutions. Additionally, I lead efforts to establish a global learning and education facility for our customers and brokers worldwide. Together with my team, we have won over 15 Learning & Development industry awards, underscoring our commitment to excellence.Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in expanding Zurich's international operations, improving our workforce, and broadening our global product offerings. I have achieved significant milestones, such as winning two Swiss innovation awards for developing a Cyber customer proposition in 2001 and Cognitive Computing in 2017. I have also developed industry-leading global programs on International Program Business Certification, Underwriting Portfolio Management, and Business Acumen.More recently, I have been pioneering the use of Virtual Reality (VR) and AI roleplays to augment the learning experience and make it more effective. I have also onboarded cutting-edge AI learning authoring software, further advancing our learning and development capabilities
