Primary responsibility is to asses and improve all aspects of the Blood Products Collection process with emphasis on quality, cost efficiency and safety by integration of the emerging technologies in the Blood Banking Industry. Directly involved as a Point Manager in Process design, SOP Creation, Validation, Process Approval, Training and Process Efficiency review. Past projects list: ASI Hemoflow Blood Collection Mixer Implementation, BECS/ eProgesa Self Administered Health History, Trima 7 implementation, Vista 4.0 Implementation. Current projects: Delcon HemoMix Mobile Mixer Implementation, Emerald Cell Counter for Trima 7 Single Donor Platelet Product collection replacement and validation project.

Managing all aspects of blood/blood products collections using various technologies, such as Alyx,Trima, Hemoflow,etc. Responsible for collection performance and mentoring of the assigned team of the Donor Specialists. Hands on in-field operations management as well as project implementation, training and evaluation. Mentoring of the In-Charge staff. Responsible for the Production ( Platelet split rate, lowering incomplite rate, increasing efficiency) and Compliance (staff adhearrance to NYBC SOPs, FDA and AABB Guidelines) at Kingston Donor Center.
