Senior Account Executive with responsibility for both new client development as well as managing the support and development of key business relationships. Some of the significant accomplishments achieved to date in this role include:• Work with C level executives and operational IT management developing solutions that include managed services, Security, Data Center, Microsoft/Citrix and Voice/video collaboration • Responsible for achieving revenue and profit goals across several business units annually while doing so with proper blend of product, professional and managed services. * Develop an understanding of clients' business goals and objectives and to relate IT solutions that can achieve success. • Clients include both 200-500 employee organizations up to larger international organizations with complex business challenges in sectors including Legal, Gov't Contracting, Financial and other commercial industries.• In managed services realm, collaborated with new and long term clients on providing services that include Helpdesk, NOC system, device monitoring/ management, Infrastructure as a service, backup and disaster recovery and onsite engineering services.• Provide supplemental project management support as needed to ensure customer project success and retention • Develop subject matter skills with technologies that include but not limited to Cisco, Vmware, Citrix, Microsoft, (Azure, on premises software), storage (EMC, Nimble, PURE), back up\DR (Exagrid, Data Domain, VEEAM).• Develop long lasting client relationships, majority of which has spanned 12 plus years supporting them in most cases across all products, solution offerings.• Provide mentorship and support to junior sales staff to improve their performance as well as the overall corporation’s success.
