• Responsible to direct CEMS, MCT & OEM sales division by establishing goals and advising Market companys and other representatives in how to improve sales and performance around the globe.
• Guide and advise local Sales Managers at our Market companies to Contact customers and analyze data to evaluate sales statistics and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training for our local Sales Managers and other personell at our market company's around the globe.
• Responsible for annual Sales budget, Globally.
• Monitor and evaluate Market companies in their sales progress for CEMS, MCT & OEM.

• Responsible to independently sell, promote and quote all Consilium marine products and also support customer with technical questions etc. Coordinate and arrange customer meetings and presentations under the assigned.
• Responsible for annual Sales budget.
• Make cost and marketing budget for each year.
• Monthly report to President of CMUS (sales activities, orders etc.)
• Find new business opportunities.Other responsibilities:
• Handover orders and all necessary order info to admin personnel in a correct way with required documents etc.

Fort Lauderdale

• Reports to: Technical Director of Marine projects, Wilhelmsen Technical Solutions.
• Lead a staff of 20-25 installation/service engineers and makes sure the projects are carried through. Engage the team, motivating them, taking care of their needs and maintaining a friendly and productive work.
• Plan, Coordinate, Supervise and Monitor newbuilds and retrofit projects (Electrical, carpentry, HVAC) onboard vessels and Oil rigs around the world.
• Managing a staff of 20-25 service engineers.
• Responsibility to put together Service Reports and other relevant documentation for each project.
• Install electrical equipment and safety systems onboard vessels and Oil rigs.

Fort Lauderdale

• Responsibility to put together Service Reports and other relevant documentation for each project.
