We produce university-level multimedia educational content, offer audio and video streaming services, and assist colleges and foundations with multimedia communication and online learning. We consult with leading technical organizations in translating complex ideas into engaging, effective content. Learn25 provided customer service and fulfillment services to customers in 80 countries.

My colleagues and I helped establish PBS TeacherLine as America's leading online course platform for K-12 teachers. We led national sales and marketing campaigns and coordinated outreach with PBS affiliates nationwide. We developed incentive and tracking systems to across PBS' 80-station system and helped coordinate local outreach to school districts and teachers.

Provided communications and strategic planning consulting services to non-profit organizations such as the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, Catholic Engaged Encounters, and Loyola University of New Orleans.

Over my tenure, I lead the company's marketing and product development marketing functions, and coordinated operations company-wide, including factory production, customer service, and fulfillment. I helped the company prepare for a successful acquisition by the private equity firm Brentwood Associates. During my tenure, we saw a five-fold increase in sales while maintaining double digit profit margins in most years.
